Wills & Estates

Powers of Attorney Only

If you already have a Will or are not ready to update one, but want to ensure someone has legal authority to manage your finances and healthcare decisions if you are ever incapacitated, this package covers both Powers of Attorney on their own.

The flat fee includes drafting and executing one Power of Attorney for Property and one Power of Attorney for Personal Care. These are the two documents that authorize a trusted person to act on your behalf if you lose capacity — for financial matters and for personal and healthcare decisions respectively.

If you also need a Will, the Will & POAs — Single package ($950 + HST) includes all three documents and represents better value. For couples who want all six documents prepared together, see Mirror Wills & POAs — Couple.
