Mirror Wills & POAs — Couple
Mirror Wills are a common and cost-effective approach for couples who want to leave their estates to each other and then to their children or other beneficiaries. This package covers all six core estate-planning documents for both spouses or partners: a Will and two Powers of Attorney each, drafted in parallel and executed together.
The flat fee of $1,250 + HST covers both people — a meaningful saving compared to two individual single packages. Both spouses must be available to review and execute their documents.
