Ontario lawyers who practise in areas outside Flatly's own scope can apply to receive referrals when a client matter is a good match.

What This Application Is For

Flatly is the personal legal practice of Ryan Keeney (LSO #65398E), focused on flat fee services in specific areas of Ontario law. When clients come to Flatly with matters that fall outside that scope — such as family law, wills & estates, criminal defence, immigration, and real estate closings — those clients may be referred to an approved partner lawyer who is a good fit.

This form is an application to become one of those referral partners. If approved, you may receive referrals from Flatly clients whose matters match your practice area and location. All referral arrangements are structured in compliance with the Law Society of Ontario's Rules of Professional Conduct.
