Will & POAs — Single
This package covers the three core estate-planning documents every adult in Ontario should have in place: a Will, a Power of Attorney for Property, and a Power of Attorney for Personal Care. Together, they ensure that your assets pass to the people you choose and that someone you trust has legal authority to manage your affairs and healthcare decisions if you are ever unable to do so yourself.
The flat fee includes drafting all three documents, reviewing them with you, and executing them properly so they are legally valid in Ontario.
