The Process
How It Works
Legal services require more than a checkout button. Here is what to expect when you use this platform.
100% Online — No In-Person Meetings Required
All services are delivered entirely online. Consultations are conducted by video call or phone, documents are shared and signed electronically, and all communication takes place via email or secure messaging. You do not need to visit an office at any point.
Before You Begin
Browsing this website, submitting a request, or receiving an automated confirmation does not create a lawyer-client relationship. A lawyer-client relationship is only formed after conflict checks, formal acceptance, and any required retainer steps are completed.Step 01
Browse Flat Fee Legal Services
Explore our service catalogue by category, price, or keyword. Each package includes a plain-English description, what is included, what is excluded, estimated timelines, and upfront pricing. There is no obligation to proceed.
Step 02
Choose the Right Package
Select the service that appears to match your legal issue. Read the full service page carefully — including the inclusions, exclusions, and limitations — before submitting a request.
Step 03
Submit a Preliminary Request
Complete the intake form with your contact details, a brief matter summary, and a list of all parties involved. This information is used for conflict screening only. Do not include sensitive or confidential details at this stage.
Step 04
Conflict & Scope Review
The firm reviews your submission, performs a conflict of interest check, and assesses whether your matter falls within the scope of the requested package. This step is mandatory before any lawyer-client relationship is formed.
Step 05
Formal Acceptance & Retainer
If the firm can assist, you will receive next steps by email. This may include a written retainer agreement to sign electronically, a payment link, a video or phone consultation booking, or a request for additional information.
Step 06
Legal Work Begins
Legal services begin only after you have signed the retainer agreement electronically, completed all required onboarding steps, and arranged payment. All work, communication, and document delivery is conducted entirely online — no in-person meetings are required.
Important: Urgent Matters
If you have an approaching court deadline, limitation period, eviction date, closing date, or any other time-sensitive legal matter, do not wait for this website to process your request.
