Visitor / Tourist Visa
A Visitor / Tourist Visa, also known as a Temporary Resident Visa, allows eligible foreign nationals to visit Canada temporarily for tourism, family visits, or other short-term purposes. This service is for applicants who want legal assistance preparing a complete and organized visitor visa application. The package includes review of your circumstances, preparation of the application, guidance on supporting documents, and assistance presenting the purpose of travel, financial support, ties to the home country, and temporary intent.
Government fees are separate from the legal fee. The Temporary Resident Visa government fee is generally $100 per person, with a family maximum of $500 where 5 or more family members apply together at the same time and place. Biometrics are generally $85 per person, with a family maximum of $170. Visa-exempt air travellers may need an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) instead of a Temporary Resident Visa. The eTA government fee is generally $7.
