TOS & Privacy Policy Package
Every website, app, or online service that collects user data or provides services to users needs two foundational legal documents: a Terms of Service (TOS) and a Privacy Policy. A Terms of Service (also called Terms and Conditions or Terms of Use) is a contract between you and your users that governs how they may use your platform, what you are and are not responsible for, and what happens in a dispute. A Privacy Policy is a legally required document that tells users what personal information you collect, how you use it, who you share it with, and how they can exercise their rights. In Canada, Privacy Policies must comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation. This package provides both documents, custom-drafted for your business by an Ontario lawyer — not a generic template.
