Master Service Agreement

A Master Service Agreement is the foundational contract governing the ongoing relationship between your business and your clients. It sets out payment terms, intellectual property ownership, liability limitations, confidentiality, dispute resolution, and the rules for all future work — so you do not need to renegotiate these terms each time.
