Franchise Disclosure Document Review

Before you invest in a franchise, Ontario law requires the franchisor to provide you with a Franchise Disclosure Document — and you should have a lawyer review it. FDDs can be complex, lengthy, and full of legally significant provisions. This package provides a thorough review of your FDD, a plain-English risk summary, and a consultation to discuss your key findings and concerns before you commit.
