Previously called the Document Review Package, this service reviews one commercial contract and provides a plain-English written summary of key risks, missing protections, and negotiation points. It suits business owners, web developers, marketing agencies, consultants, and other professional service businesses reviewing a client, vendor, or service agreement. The fee is $499 + HST for up to 5 pages, then $50 + HST per additional page. It does not include tracked changes, replacement clauses, drafting an agreement from scratch, or negotiations.
