Commissioning of Affidavit
An affidavit must be sworn or affirmed before a Commissioner of Oaths to be valid in Ontario proceedings. This service provides commissioning of your affidavit by a licensed Ontario lawyer acting as Commissioner of Oaths. You must appear in person, bring valid government-issued ID, and bring your completed (but unsigned) affidavit.
